up a 80 KLD Molasses based Distillery near existing distillery at Bhikki Bilaspur Village,
Tehsil & District Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.

The company is putting up another Plant of same capacity (80 KLD)
at Bhikki Bilaspur Village in Muzaffarnagar District , Uttar Pradesh.]
Capacity :
Distillery : 80 KLD
(by Multi pressure Distillation & fermentation process)
Electricity (Power) – 2.5 MW
Shall be generated through a backpressure type TG set.
Location : Bhikki Bilaspur Village,
Tehsil & District Muzaffarnagar
Uttar Pradesh
As on JULY 21, 2013 : The Project is under Planning Stage.
The distillery unit will come up near existing distillery.
IMPORTANT: As per the discussion we had on 08.07.2013 with Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited the Project is under Panning Stage now.
The company is waiting for Environmental clearances.
The Project is Scheduled to be Completed
in 12 – 18 Months from the date of the commencement of the project work.

The Main Scope of Supply includes:

Air Pollution Control Equipment :
Electrostatic Precipitators/ Bag Filter
To control the particulate emissions from the
Baggase Fired boiler will be controlled by ESP/Bag Filter/ high efficiency wet scrubber and emissions will be dispersed through Stack of Suitable Height.
Flue gases after super heating the steam will pass through Economizer where they will Pre-Heat the boiler Feed water before it enters the boiler drum. After Economizer, flue will pass through Air Pre-Heaters where they will heat the air which will be fed to the boiler furnace for burning the fuel.
The condensed steam will return to the steam boiler as condensate and will again be boiled as steam.
DG set : A DG sets may be installed for emergency
power Back-up during power failure

Water requirement of about 840 m3/Day will be met
from the ground water source.

Effluent Treatment Plant
Total Effluent generation- 800 m3/Day
(@ 10 KL/KL of product) Which shall be concentrated
through evaporation in proposed Multi - Effect Evaporation System
and then biocomposted to achieve zero discharge.
Multiple Effect Evaporator and Composted with pressmud to achieve zero discharge. The spent wash will be stored in the lagoon of 30 days storage capacity and will be constructed as per the CPCB guidelines.

Material Handling Equipment : Conveyor, Hydraulic Equipment/Cranes,
DG Set, Air Compressor. DC/VFD Drive, Gear Box, Insulation, Valves, Pipes & Tubes, Cables, Automatic Weighing Machines for Bulk & Liquid Materials. Straight Line Steam Tunnel, Pneumatic Piston Filler, Pressure Filler,Storage Tank, Cooling Tower/ Plant, Air Conditioning Plant, Complete Laboratory Equipments etc
Fire Fighting System shall be as per the TAC Norms and cover all areas where alcohol is produced, handled and stored.
Provision of Foam System for Fire Fighting to control fire from the alcohol storage tank.
Green Belt Development plan in 33 % area
and a scheme for Rainwater Harvesting have to be put in place.
