As 0n April 11, 2012 : The Project is under Planning Stage.
The unit would come up on about 8.5 Acres of Land .
Green belt will be developed in 2.8 Acres out of the 30 Acres.
IMPORTANT: As per the discussion we had on 06.04.2012 with Synergy Remedies Private Limited
the Project is under Panning .
The company is waiting for Environmental Clerance.
The project work is likely to start from
June,2012.
The Project is Scheduled to be Completed by
by August, 2013.

The Main Scope of Supply includes:
Boiler : 5 TPH - 2 Nos
Fuel : Coal
Air Pre-heater/Heat Exchangers
Pullution Control Equipment:
Scrubbers/ Bag Filters, Cyclone Separators
2X 5 TPH, shall not eceeed 115 mg/Nm3.
1. Bag Filters to be provided to control emissions from the stacks.
Sampling port with removable dummy of not less than 15 Cm Dia in the stack
at a distance of 8 Times the Diameter of the Stackfrom the nearest contraint such
as bends etc. shall be provided to monitor stack emissions.
2. Two stage Scrubbers shall be provided to control HCL emissions.
Scrubbing Liquid is Caustic Lye. Scrubbed liquid to be treated in the
ETP.
3. Chillers ( brine solution) shall be installed to reduce solvent
evaporation losses into atmosphere.
All the Solvent Tank to be connected to vent Condenser.

Effluent Treatment Plant:
The affluent will be treated in biological treatment system with activate sludge or FAB Process, RO, MEE followed by ATFD. Recovered solvent will be reused in the system after distillation. Solvent recovery system will be installed. Domestic effluent
The condensate after treatment through Multi-Effluent evaporation (MEE) will be sent to ATFD agencies for recovery/reuse.
Condensate will also be used in Cooling Tower. Salts from MEE will be collected and sent to BDF. Domestic sewage effluent will be treated in septic tank followed by soak pit.
