Archit Organosys Ltd. plans to set up a Synthetic Organic Chemical Production Unit
having Capacity of 4750 Ton/Month at Kala Talav Village in Bhavnagar District , Gujarat.
Capacity : 4750 Ton/Month
Following Products will be manufactured in the proposed plant :
- Chlorinated Paraffin Wax (CPW) : 2000 Ton/Month
- Monochloro Acetic Acid (MCAA) : 2000 Ton/Month
- Sodium Monochloro Acetic Acid (SMCA) : 500 Ton/Month
- Tri-Chloro Acetyl Chloride (TCAC) : 250 Ton/Month

As on December 04, 2013 : The Project is under Planning Stage .
Total site area (undeveloped) is 30,040.75 Sq. Meter.
An area of about 33% of the total project area will be developed with green belt.
IMPORTANT: As per the discussion we had on 27.11.2013 with
Archit Organosys Ltd. the Project is under Panning Stage.
The company is waiting for Environmental Clearance.
The Project is Scheduled to be Completed in 12 Months
From the date of commencement of the project work.

The Main Scope of Supply includes:
Boiler : 2 TPH - 1 No.
Fuel : Coal/ White Coal (78.75 Ton/Month)
Stack : 30 Meter (Dia : 500 mm)
Heat Exchangers, Air Pre-heater/Economiser).
Air Pollution Control Equipment :
Multi Cyclone Dust Collector
The plant shall be provided with Multi cyclone Dust Collector
for collection of the fly ash that would be produced from the Process of coal combustion in Boiler Furnace.
Scrubbers
To control emissions from Process Vents adequate Scrubber will be installed.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Chlorinated Paraffin Wax (CPW)
• Paraffin wax is melted in a Vessel provided with steam jacket. Wax become matter wax & that charged to anther Glass Line Vessel for steam heating Now any chlorine gas is introduced to the bottom of vessel at proper regulated rate.
• The reaction temp is maintained at 100 C for 18 to 20 hrs. Librated HCl vapor is absorbed in water in packed absorption column. For stabilizer added before packing the product.
Mono Chloro Acetic Acid (MCAA)
• Charge Acetic Acid in the reactor. Heat the reactor to 100 °C and start chlorination. Acetic acid is converted into Mono chloro Acetic Acid with suitable catalyst.
• During the process HCl gas is also generated, which is scrubbed by scrubber and dissolved in water to get 30% HCl liquor.
• After completion of reaction, mass is transferred in bowls for crystallization where natural followed by induced cooling takes place. After about 70 hrs pure MCA crystals are recovered. After centrifuging MCA product is ready for packing.

Sodium Mono Chloro Acetic Acid (SMCA)
• Charge MCA and Soda Ash in the reactor for blending. Then the mass is ready called Sodium Mono Chloro Acetate. This is taken for the drying and packing. The Final product is ready to dispatch.

Tri Chloro Acetyl Chloride (TCAC)
• The reacted mass already taken into the TCAC reactor is further cooled down. After cooling down the mass at the desired temperature gradual addition of sulphur mono chloride is carried out and chlorination is carried out. On the completion of the reaction crude product is formed. The vent gases evolved during the process sent to the scrubbing system.
• The crude product formed in TCAC is distilled out and the vapors of the final products are condensed and collected in
separate in separate drums and then packed for dispatch.

The industry will generate 1200 Liter/Day of effluent.
The proposed ETP will be well designed to treat 1200 Liter/Day Effluent.
What ever the pollution load will generatemanaged by the industry and facility provided.
ETP will have one Primary Settling Tank
Total effluent generation will be 1200 Liter/Day i.e. Effluent load will be 50 liter/hr.
