Sri Krishna Pharmaceuticals Limited plans to set up a New Unit to produce Bulk Drugs & Intermediates having Capacity of 2545 Ton/ Month at Chincholi Village, Taluka : Mohol in Solapur District, Maharashtra.
Capacity : 2545 Ton/ Month
Following Products will be manufactured in the proposed plant :
- Partacetamol -4 Stages : 400 Ton/Month
- Partacetamol -2 Stages : 1100 Ton/Month
- Ibuprofen : 500 Ton/Month
- Metformin : 500 Ton/Month
- Domperidone : 15 Ton/Month
- Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide : 20 Ton/Month
- Omega -3 : 10 Ton/Month
Location : Chincholi Village, Taluka : Mohol

As on May 15, 2014 : The Project is under Planning Stage .
Total site area is 25 Acres.
Out of this 33% has been demarcated for Green belt development.
IMPORTANT: As per the discussion we had on 24.04.2014 with
Sri Krishna Pharmaceuticals Limited the Project is under Panning Stage now.
The company is waiting for Environmental Clearance.
The Project is Scheduled to be Completed in 12-15 Months
From the date of commencement of the project work.

The Main Scope of Supply includes:

Air Polution Control:
There will be flue gas stacks for Boilers which is the main emission source from the plant.
Proper Stack height and air pollution control measures will be provided in order to achieve norms prescribed by statutory authority.
Coal will be used as a fuel in Boilers (both 15 TPH & 10 TPH).
The flue gases generated will be passed through pollution control equipment (Cyclone Dust Collector) and goes out through stacks of appropriate height and design. Velocity will be maintained. These will help in dispersion of flue gas and will avoid any down wash.

It is proposed to re-use treated water to the maximum extent. This ensures the lesser
requirement of fresh water. Also it is proposed rain water harvesting structures at the site to
re-charge the ground water resources.
Effluent Treatment Plant:
Capacity : 1000 KLD
The plant will include MEE & RO to treat and recycle / reuse the effluents discharged from the manufacturing processes and also for treatment of sewage generated from the toilets in well-designed septic tank followed by soak pit.
The treated water from the ETP shall be recycled and reused for cooling water make up, process use wherever feasible and gardening purpose inside the premises
