First Info: May 2017       Update : August 2017 The company plans to expand its existing  Sponge Iron Plant and to set up a New Captive power Plant  The project is in planning stage.  As of  21st November, 2017, Equipment Suppliers yet to be appointed.  Completion Period : 36 Months ********************************************************************** The Main Scope of Supply includes: ********************************************************************** Boiler : 32 TPH (Fuel : Coal) -  : 1 No.   Heat Exchangers, Air Pre-heater  --------------------------------- Air Pollution Control :  APC will be provided to boiler to bring down the particulate matter to below 150 mg/Nm3.. Turbine : 8 MW : 1 No.  Other Equipments: DRI KILN, Rotary Kiln & Cooler, Induction Furnace,.Cranes, Continuous Casting Machine, Rolling Mill. Cooling Towers,  Weighing Balance. Fire Hydrant System, Coal Handling System etc, ============================================== Water Requirement after expanson: 450 m3/ Day                                    [Domestic : 10 m3/day +  Steel Melting Shop : 70 m3/day+  Rolling Mill : 150 m3/day +  Power Plant  : 160 m3/day  Effluent Treatment Plant :   There will be no effluent generation in the DRI plant, SMS, Rolling Mill as closed circuit cooling system will be adopted. Reaction Vessel and SFD in Existing process gas emission in Addition 6 Nos. Reaction Vessel in Proposed Project. Ambient Air quality of the premises will be kept conformed to the national ambient air quality standards specified in environmental (protection) rules. 3. Emissions will be analyzed periodically. Fermentation Section, Distillation Section,  Steam turbine with Step down transformer & synchronization, Steam condensers, Air compressor, Storage section (Daily Receiver Section, Bulk Storage tanks), Centrifugal Machines,  CO2 Recovery Plant (In future),, DDGS Drying section, Multiple Effect Evaporation Section, Raw water treatment plant, Fire protection equipments for entire plant, Weigh bridge, Water storage tanks, Electricals, Piping works, Lab Equipments Water Treatment Plant: Water Consumption: 1500  m3/day. R.O. Plant for Boiler water Effluent Treatment Plant:  Waste water generation will be mainly spent wash and non- process effluent from Boiler, DM plant and cooling tower blowdown Spent wash will be 1000 KLD when Sugar cane juice or Molasses is used as raw material and 600 KLD when Grains are used as raw material. The treated water from the ETP will be used in toilet flushing and for gardening purpose. Sewerage system: Domestic waste water generated will be treated in septic tank followed by soak pit.
