The company plans to expand its existing  Sponge Iron Plant and to set up a New Captive power Plant 

The project is in planning stage.

Water Requirement after expanson450 m3/ Day                                    [Domestic : 10 m3/day +  Steel Melting Shop : 70 m3/day Rolling Mill : 150 m3/day +  Power Plant  : 160 m3/day 

Effluent Treatment Plant :  

There will be no effluent generation in the DRI plant, SMS, Rolling Mill as closed circuit cooling system will be adopted.

Effluent from power plant will be treated and after ensuring compliance with CECB norms, it will be utilized for dust suppression, ash conditioning and for greenbelt development. Pradeep Khare, General Manager

Waste Water Generation :  150 KLD 

Industrial: 136.1 KLD + Domestic: 2 KLD.

Domestic Wastewater is 1 KL/day will be disposed off through Soak Pit/Septic Tank System.  Industrial Effluent of 33.6 KL/day will be sent to ETP for primary treatment and then it will be sent to Chhatral Environment Management System Pvt. Ltd. So, our unit will achieve Zero Discharge

The company plans to set up a unit to produce Synthetic Organic Chemicals in Tamil Nadu.

The Project is under Planning stage.

The discharge of emissions from the air pollution sources will be passed through the air pollution control equipment (Scrubbers/Chimney) and discharged through stack/chimney. Ambient Air quality of the premises will be kept conformed to the national ambient air quality standards specified in environmental (protection) rules. 3. Emissions will be analyzed periodically.

DG Set  :  380 KVA  : 1 No. ( Fuel : HSD )

Water Treatment Plant:

Industrial Effluent : 11 KLD

The treated water from STP will be used for gardening and treated water from ETP will be reused for cooling tower requirements. The plant will be Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) unit.

Water Treatment Plant: Water Consumption: 1500  m3/day.

Effluent Treatment Plant: 

Waste water generation will be mainly spent wash and non- process effluent from Boiler, DM plant and cooling tower blowdown Spent wash will be 1000 KLD when Sugar cane juice or Molasses is used as raw material and 600 KLD when Grains are used as raw material. The treated water from the ETP will be used in toilet flushing and for gardening purpose. Sewerage system: Domestic waste water generated will be treated in septic tank followed by soak pit.
