Eytan Labs Limited plans to expand the production capacity of its Bulk Drug manufacturing Unit from 15.0 Kg/Day to 3501.50 Kg/Day at Gaddapotharam Village , Jinnaram (Mandal) in Medak District, Telangana.
Capacity Expansion :
From 15.0 Kg/Day to 3501.50 Kg/Day
Following Products will be manufactured after expansion :
- Hydrochloride : 333.33 Kgs/ Day
- Ciprofloxacin Lactate : 166.67 Kgs/ Day
- Efavirenz : 1000 Kgs/ Day
- Emtricitabine : 333.33 Kgs/ Day
- Febantel : 166.67 Kgs/ Day
- Nadolol : 166.67 Kgs/ Day
- Lamivudine : 501.50 Kgs/ Day
- Levetiracetam : 333.33 Kgs/ Day
- Zidovudine : 500 Kgs/ Day

The expansion will come up on its existing Area only.

on 06.01.2015 with Eytan Labs Limited the Project is under Panning Stage.
The company is waiting for Environmental Clearance.
The Expansion Project is Scheduled to be Completed
in 12 Months from the date of commencement of the project.

Multicyclone Separator & Bag Filter
There will be flue gas stacks for Boiler which are the main emission source from the plant.
Proper Stack height and air pollution control measures Bag Filter) will be provided in order to achieve norms prescribed by statutory authority.
All the emissions from process will be controlled by providing Wet Scrubbers.

Effluent Treatment Plant:
Capacity : 110 m3/ Day
The effluent from cooling and Plant/Equipment washing will be generated and treated in the well designed Effluent Treatment Plant. The treated effluent will be reused.
The effluent generated from the proposed expansion will be mainly from process, washings (floor & Lab washings), DM and softener rejects, scrubbers, cooling towers & boiler blow downs and domestic effluent. HTDS effluents are sent to Effluent treatment plant consist of Stripper, Multiple Effect Evaporator followed by ATFD, Biological treatment and RO. LTDS effluents are sent to Biological treatment system followed by RO. The treated effluent shall be reused for cooling towers, boiler, washings and scrubbers..
