 Capacity :  From 600.08 Ton/Month to 2387.90 Ton/Month

 Location : Unit – II, GIDC Estate, Pandesara  Surat, Gujarat.

Total site area is  1750 Sq. Meter.

An area of about  500 Sq. Meter   will be developed with green belt.

  

IMPORTANT: As per the the discussion we had

on 08.03.2019 with Aceto Chem Pvt. Ltd.  

the Project  is  under Panning Stage.


The company is still waiting for Environment Clearances.

of pollution and overall enhancement of the quality of environment in and around the

unit.

About 70 KLD of effluent (wastewater) will be  generated f

rom process and utilities.


The Company will have a full pledged Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to treat

the effluent as per the norms.


Part of the treated effluent would be recycled and used for the process.

Part of treated effluent is sent for forced evaporation for final treatment. 


The residuecollected from forced evaporation and solid waste would be stored in HDPE

drums/Bags and disposed to TSDF facility.

rom process and utilities.


The Company will have a full pledged Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to treat

the effluent as per the norms.


Part of the treated effluent would be recycled and used for the process.

Part of treated effluent is sent for forced evaporation for final treatment. 


The residuecollected from forced evaporation and solid waste would be stored in HDPE

drums/Bags and disposed to TSDF facility.

Expansion will come up in its Existing Land of 6144 Sq.Meter.

An area of about  1000 Sq.Meter.(16.27 %)   will be developed with green belt.

the Project  is  under Panning Stage.


The company is waiting for Environment Clearances.

Civil contractor and equipment suppliers have not yet been appointed..

Reverse Osmosis Plant

 The company shall adopt and follow an environmental management plan for abatement

of pollution and overall enhancement of the quality of environment in and around the

unit.

About 178.3 KLD of effluent (wastewater) will be  generated f

rom process and utilities.

The Company will have a full pledged Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to treat

the effluent as per the norms.

Part of the treated effluent would be recycled and used for the process.

Part of treated effluent is sent for forced evaporation for final treatment. 

The residuecollected from forced evaporation and solid waste would be stored in HDPE

drums/Bags and disposed to TSDF facility.

Sewerage System  :  

The company  to revamp its existing ETP after segregation of effluents based on their total dissolved solids (TDS) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) content, Effluents containing high TDS, COD and Low TDS and COD will  be  segregated and treated separately. Effluents will be to reduce the COD load on biological treatment. Similarly high TDS effluent streams are difficult to treat in biological ETP. 

It is classified into two categories: High TDS and COD stream & Low TDS and COD stream.
