Symed Labs Limited plans for another expansion to enhance the production capacity of its Bulk Drugs and Intermediates manufacturing Unit from 108 TPA to 745.50 TPA at Unit No.VI at Mandollagudem & Chinnakondur Villages, Choutuppal Mandal in Nalgonda District, Telangana.

Additional Area required for expansion : 9.524 Acre
Total Area after expansion : 14.375 Acres
IMPORTANT: As per the the discussion we had
on 28.06.2014 with Symed Labs Limited the Project is under Panning Stage.
The company is waiting for Environmental Clearance.
The Expansion Project is Scheduled to be Completed
in 12 - 14 Months from the date of commencement of the project.

Total effluent generated in the project is 93.50 KLD. The treated water will be reused for plant operations.
ndensate from MEE and ATFD will be collected and treated in effluents treatment plant
along with effluents from utilities followed by RO.
RO rejects will be send back to MEE and RO Permeate will be re-used back.
To treat the sewage generated due to domestic activities will be disposed through septic tank following by soak pit
