Unit from Existing capacity  of  33.34 Kgs/Day to 2167.66 Kgs/Day

at Dothigudem Village, Pochampally Mandal in Nalgonda District, Andhra Pradesh.

As on  November 28, 2013 : The Project is under Planning Stage . 

Existing Land  is    2.0 Acres.

After expansion :   6.0 Acres. 

An area of about  33% of land  will bedeveloped with Green Belt. 

IMPORTANT: As per the discussion we had on 18.11.2013 with 

SVR Laboratories Private Limited the Project  is  under Panning Stage. 

The company is waiting for Environmental Clearance. 

Note :

The infrastructure will be designed to manufacture all the 30 Products under Expansion Plan - 

in Worst Case (Any 8 products on campaign basis.),

The Project   is Scheduled to be  Completed by

in 10 to 12 Months from the date of the commencement

of the project work.

Existing Status of Heating Equipment:

Presently the company is  operating  One No. of  following Capacity Boiler

Capacity : 1 TPH - 1 No.

Fuel   :  Coal

Stack :  Height- 15 Meters 

Note:

After Expansion proposed 5 TPH  & 4 TPH Capacity Boilers will be 

in operation and existing 1 TPH Boiler will remain as stand by.

 

Air Polution Control:

The sources of air pollution from the plant are from proposed 5TPH, 4TPH coal fired Boiler, 4.0 Lac Kcal Thermic Fluid Boiler, 1TPH existing coal fired boiler, and DG sets of 250KVA existing and proposed 2 x 1000KVA capacity. 

Proper Stack height and air pollution control measures  will be provided in order to achieve norms prescribed by statutory authority. 

For Boiler Cyclone &  Bag filter  will be provided with 30 Meter(5 TPH)/25 Meter (4 TPH) of Stack.  

Scrubber  will  also be provided.

The quantity of wastewater generated from domestic activities during operation phase 

will be around 113 KLD ( after expansion) which will be treated in the Wastewater

 treatment plant with a  capacity of 150 KLD.

The treated waste water will be reused for flushing and green belt  development.

 The treatment scheme shall be designed to treat the wastewater and reuse  the treated water for Gardening and flushing. 

Process, Washings & ScrubberEffluent will be Treated in effluent treatment plant consist of Stripper, MEE, ATFD and biological treatment followed by Reverse osmosis Plant.. RO Permeate  will be reused for cooling tower makeup and RO rejects will be  sent to MEE..

Boiler Blow downs  & Cooling Tower Blow downs  will be Sent to Biological Treatment System followed by Reverse osmosis. RO Permeate reused for cooling tower makeup and RO  will be rejects sent to MEE.
