Virupaksha Organics Private Limited plans to expand its Bulk Drug manufacturing unit – II at Phase I, IDA Pashamylaram Village , Patancheru Mandal in Medak District, Telangana.
It envisages setting up of a Bulk Drugs and Intermediate Products manufacturing Plant having capacity of 112.50 Ton/Month.

Cinnarizine 5000 Kgs/Month
Cyano diol base 5000 Kgs/Month
Dextromethorphan HBr 5000 Kgs/Month

Epoxy Mesylate 4000 Kgs/Month
Escitalopram Oxalate 1500 Kgs/Month
Fexofenadine HCl(BCN) 5000 Kgs/Month

As on January 28, 2015 : The Project is under Planning Stage .
Total site area is 3.89 Acres (15 742.27 Sq. Meter).
An area of about 5200 Sq. Meter will be developed with green belt.
IMPORTANT: As per the the discussion we had
on 15.01.2015 with Virupaksha Organics Private Limited
the Project is under Panning Stage.
The company is waiting for Environmental Clearance.
The Project is Scheduled to be Completed
in 12 - 15 Months from the date of the commencement
of the project work.

The Main Scope of Supply includes:

Air Polution Control:
There will be flue gas stack and one process gas stack which will be the main emission source from the plant.
Proper Stack height and air pollution control measures will be provided in order to achieve norms prescribed by statutory authority.
For Boilers Cyclone & Bag filter will be provided with 32 Meter of Stack.
Single Stage Scrubber will be also be provided.

Effluent Treatment Plant:
Capacity : 100 m3/ Day
Reverse Osmosis Plant
Total effluent generated in the project is 105.04 m3/day .
The treated water will be reused for plant operations.
The process waste water from Process, floor Washes, scrubbers, QC and R&D are
evaporated in MEE with stripper and ATFD after neutralization.
The condensate from MEE and ATFD will be collected and treated in effluents treatment plant along with
effluents from utilities followed by RO. RO rejects will be send back to MEE and RO
Permeate will be re-used back.
To treat the sewage generated due to domestic activities will be disposed through
septic tank following by soak pit.
