Job Description:

 

After taking stock of where we are in our programs, we are seeking to onboard an additional 40 resources in Milwaukee as soon as possible. The breakdown is as follows:

1.       Java Architect 4

2.       Mid-level Java developers 18

• Desired experience level is 7to 15years.
• Looking for mix profile (7 to 10 years) profiles with strong architecture/design/development experience in Linux, C++, Core Java, XML, Multi-threading.

• To work closely with the customer team in maintaining JAVA based applications
• Support / Enhancements in the areas of Weblogic / Oracle 10g

 

1. Spring

2. Struts2

3. WebLogic10.3

4. Oracle 10g

5. Hibernate (experience with ibitis framework is a plus)

7. ClearCase/ClearQuest experience is preferred

 

Core JAVA Developers:

Must Haves: Multithreading, OOD design skills, Collections, Concurrency APIs, XML experience, JUnit testing.UML modeling (seniors), Modular development (i.e. Strong in inheritance and interface based development), frameworks development (seniors)

 

Must haves Tools: eclipse based development.

 

Swing Developers:

Must Haves: Swing Development, JAVA 2D, custom component development

 

Desired: OSGI, Maven, Database experience, SQL, ORM using eclipselink, SOA

Desired Tools: Rhapsody, Sonar, Clearcase
