Job Title    : Network Testing Analyst

Location    : San Francisco, CA

Duration   : 6 months +

 

Responsibilities:

Manage the workstation configuration of Microsoft Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Preferences (GPP). Provide the testing, version control, and release management for all the settings. Create and maintain clear documentation tracking the requests, changes and impacts of each setting. Provide consulting with the business, leadership and peers on most appropriate configurations.

 

Qualifications:

•        2+ years experience with Group Policy Objects for Microsoft Windows desktop security

•        In depth knowledge of Windows 7 and Internet Explorer group policy objects and preferences

•        High aptitude in testing methodologies

•        Able to teach others how to test and troubleshoot problems

•        enterprise security / configuration management and design

•        Must clearly and effectively document and track work and changes

•        Skilled in producing and maintaining scripts for use in Start Up Scripts and other GPOs

Job Title     : Systems Engineer / F5 Load Balancer

Location    : San Francisco, CA

Duration    : 12+ months

 

Basic Qualifications

10+ years experience in web systems environments which includes web application installations, upgrades, and deployment as well as any servers/ systems that support/ host web applications.

 

Minimum Qualifications

·         F5 - Load Balancers / Application Delivery Controllers

·         In depth engineering experience on load balancers, including a general understanding of routing protocols BGP, OSPF, TCP, SSL, TLS, and in-depth working knowledge of application layer protocols including HTTP, SSH, SSL, and DNS.

·         Applicant must have an understanding of load balancing strategies/ techniques, expertise in application switching / traffic management, knowledge of persistence and SSL certificates.

·         Application must have experience on F5 versions 9.4 and 10.2.

·         Applicant needs to be able to complete basic configurations on the F5 (creating VIP, pools, profiles, monitors, etc), including OS upgrades, trunking, and general troubleshooting of the devices.

·         Advanced skills of designing, coding, and troubleshooting iRules and iControls are required.

·         A high degree of F5 experience is required for this position.

 

Additional desired knowledge in IBM Rational Clear Case, Solaris, Linux Red Hat 4.X, scripting ability in Perl and/or shell, XML, and IBM Rational Clear Quest.

Needs proven verbal and written communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills.

Creates detailed and well written install guides, install guide templates, and/or standards documents
