I suggest to  talk about......control of corona virus - in few selected countries.

we can easily  select ....,Sri Lanka, Newzeland, Australia (since someone is there)
in addition ...
US/ England (herath)
Sweden -nordic (arambe)
Korea/ Singapore (kamale)
European- Italy, Spain, Germany ??
Asian -Bangladesh /Bhutan/ Nepal ????

each one can talk on following aspects (of the country )
-how the virus is originated, spread, peaked, declined [with some data]
-what were the measures taken by govt/ institutions/ people at each stage
-how successful ......corporation among people and govt/institutions
-what lessons can be learned

I suggest this, because ....
-timely topic, every day you hear/read something, you pay attention
-every body knows something, want to know further
-each and every one can contribute
-lessons are valuable...., to think about future

-what's the relevance ? ]

චීන රජයේ වුවමනාව අනුව පුත්තලමේ මෙගාවොට් 300ක තවත් විදුලි බලාගාරයක් ඉදිකිරීමට රජය අනුමැතිය ලබාදී ඇති බවත් ඒ පිළිබඳ තොරතුරු කිසිවක් රටට අනාවරණය කර නොමැති බවත් ජනතා විමුක්ති පෙරමුණේ හිටපු පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී සුනිල් හඳුන්නෙත්ති මහතා පවසයි. 

"දැන් නැවත වතාවක් පුත්තලමේ මෙගාවොට් 300ක බලාගාරයක් ගහන්න ආණ්ඩුව අනුමැතියක් දීලා තියෙනවා චයිනා මැෂිනරි ලීසිං කම්පැණි කියන චීන සමාගමකට. ඒකෙ තියෙන බරපතළකම තමයි මේ යෝජනාව ගේන්නෙ ආණ්ඩුවට වඩා චීනෙන්. 

එතකොට අපට තියෙන ප්‍රශ්නෙ ලංකාව පාලනය කරන්නේ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවෙ ආණ්ඩුවද, චීන ආණ්ඩුවද කියන එක. මිලදී ගැනීමේ ක්‍රමවේද නැති, ටෙන්ඩර් පටිපාටියකින් ගියපු නැති, විවෘත ගනුදෙනුවක් සිද්ධ නොවිච්ච හැම අවස්ථාවකම ලංකාවෙ සිද්ධ වෙලා තියෙන්නෙ විදුලිය මිල වැඩිකරලා විදුලිබල මණ්ඩලයට පාඩු කරලා, රජයට පාඩු සිද්ධ වෙච්චි ඒවා. ඒ විදුලි මාෆියාව නිර්මාණය කරන අය ඉන්නෙ එක්කො විදුලිබල අමාත්‍යාංශය ඇතුළෙ, නැත්නම් මුදල් අමාත්‍යාංශය ඇතුළෙ හෝ විදුලිබල මණ්ඩලය ඇතුළෙ. 

නැතුව මේ රටේ ජනතාව ඇතුළෙ නෙවෙයි. ඒනිසා නැවත වතාවක් මේ සිද්ධ වෙන්නෙ මෙවැනි බලාගාරයක් හදනවා නම් ඒ බලාගාරය ලංකාවෙ ජනන සැලැස්මේ කොතනද තියෙන්නෙ, ඒකට මහජන උපයෝගීතා කොමිසම අනුමැතිය දීලා තියෙනවද ? ඒ සඳහා විවෘත ටෙන්ඩර් පටිපාටියකින් ඉදිකිරීම් සමාගම් තෝරාගෙන තියෙනවද කියන එක හොයන්න ඕනෙ. ඒ මොකුත් රට දන්නෙ නෑ. කාගෙ වුවමනාවටද හදිස්සියේ මෙගාවොට් 300ක බලාගාරයක් පුත්තලමේ ඉදිකරන්න තීන්දු ගන්නෙ ?" යනුවෙනුයි ඒ මහතා ප්‍රශ්න කළේ. 

සුනිල් හඳුන්නෙත්ති මහතා මේ බව පැවසුවේ ඊයේ (12) මාතරදී පැවති මාධ්‍ය හමුවක් අමතමිනි.
