Wednesday Dec 14 up for grabs

I can't make it this Wednesday, due to kids Christmas concert. It's a good time, the training session not the concert (although I'm sure the concert will be good too) the only cost I ask for taking my place is you must grimace in pain on my behalf during the strength training. A grateful sigh at the end of the planks would also be much appreciated.
