Corporate Planning Manager

Job Requirements : 
● Min. Bachelor degree from Finance / Accounting / Banking / equivalent
● Min. 4 years of Corporate Planning Specialist. Experience in Hospital / Clinic / Pharmacy / Medical Devices is preferred 
● Expertise in Corporate Strategy, Finance – General / Cost Accounting or equivalent 
● Will be base in Jakarta 
● Full-time, Permanent 
● Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8AM - 4PM. Saturday 8AM - 12AM. 

Job Description : 
● Focus on comprehensive market analysis and forecasting, while providing strategic and analytical support primarily to the management on a range of critical issues. 
● Inform senior management in the continuous development of the company’s global strategic plan (e.g., preparing analyses regarding IVF markets, competitors’ strategy and performance, etc.) 
● Support key strategic, financial and commercial decisions (e.g., potential M&A opportunities, contract negotiations and new build or other major capital investment decisions). 
● Own and maintain current long term planning model in order to provide complex financial analysis as required beyond the current budgetary horizon or complementary to the current budgetary horizon.
