My Company looking for potential candidate for position IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Descriptions :

1. Provides technical support and guidance to Service Desk staff.
2. Direct involvement in incidents or problems (irrespective of priority) that cause service impact and acts as escalation point for incidents not being resolved in a timely manner.
3. Provides ITIL Service disciplines, covering Incident, Problem and Change Management.
4. Provides Citrix, VM and Hyper V support and administration.
5. Provides Cisco & HP Switches, Firewall and Routers support and administration.
6. Works with Head of IT to establish standards and best practices for managing internal infrastructure, including network, access rights, desktops, servers, internal applications
7. Implement policies/standards to improve the quality and efficiency of support services based on ITIL methodology.
8. Works closely with the IT Service Desk and other Specialist to ensure a timely, robust and comprehensive service transition process.
9. Works with the Service Desk team to set SLA criteria for the availability and performance of the IT infrastructure.
10. Responsible for overall system and infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures.
11. Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including management of internal network, VPN, Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and system backups.
12. Responsible for management of the rollout and support of desktop devices, including laptops and printers, and productivity tools such as Outlook and MSOffice.
13. Ensures that systems, processes and methodologies are maintained, followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
14. Ensures delivery of individual and team projects allocated within aggressive delivery times.
15. Monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure service delivery methods and procedures.
16. Monitors business critical processes and systems.
17. Installs, configures and supports new and existing servers and network infrastructure.
18. Plan and implement upgrades needed to maintain service levels.
19. Develop and lead the replacement of infrastructure at end of life.
20. Conducts testing and analysis of all components of network and server infrastructure components.
21. Strong analytical and planning skills;

Requirements :

1. Minimal bachelor degree in IT (computer science) or equivalent
2. Experienced as IT System Administrator/System Engineering/Network Engineer at least 2-3 years
3. Experienced with Windows Server Operating System, Hyper-V and familiar or experience with Linux Server (Ubuntu, RHEL)
4. Experienced with O365 Email Exchange and other O365 Services
5. Experienced with virtualized Environment (VMWare, IaaS, PaaS)
6. Experienced in Network Management including Firewall, VPN, Proxy and DSN, IPS/IDS, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP (Switching/ Routing), WiFi
7. Familiar with Active directory & Domain Policy Management
8. Experienced with Backup System (CommVault/Acronis/VeeAm)
9. Experienced with Endpoint Security Protection with Manage Engine
