Finance & Accounting Officer (FAO)

INFID is 31 years old policy advocacy NGO and National Platform NGO forum. INFID seeks Indonesian applicants for Finance & Accounting Officer position. The Accounting Officer would be stationed in Jakarta. INFID currently manage programs Inequality and poverty, SDGs, Human Rights. INFID conduct national and international policy advocacy.

Responsibilities:

The position is full time jobs for 1 (one) year. Main responsibilities include (a) assist Finance & Accounting Manager for the preparation of Budget Plan (b) to prepare and produced financial reporting of program and organization’s annual financial reporting according to the accountancy system accepted by the public standards (c) to ensure tax compliance of INFID staffs and its partners.

 

Qualifications:

• Indonesian Citizen, Bachelor degree  in Finance or Accounting
• At least 2 years experiences in related position in NGO, private of development Organizations

Requirements:

• Proven experience and familiarly in handling tax requirements for nonprofits  organization and other financial regulation
• Demonstrated ability to write and speak English fluently
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, MS Word, etc.)
• Familiar with accounting software system and tax system application
• Fast learner and ability to work independently and in a team
• Integrity, trustworthy and possess a good interpersonal skills
