Aikidokan and Leaders : # 2 !

Both  Aikidokan and Leaders should have good communication skills.

 

Aikidokan - Tori/ Nage/ The Defender in Leading The Other Aikidokan – Uke/ The Attacker do not use

Verbal Communication at all.

 

Whereas Leader in Leading her/ his constituents use both

Verbal and Non Verbal Communication.

 

 

And believe it or not those Leaders who practice Aikido for a couple of months are able to improve their

Visual and Kinesthetic senses.
