As an Independent Facilitator with core competency on Soft Skills focusing on Coaching, Communication, Leadership, Motivation, Negotiation Skills, Team Work and Selling Skills.
I would like to offer you a unique/ novel approach in facilitating Workshop by using Aikido Philosophy and Movement throughout the Workshop which sharpening the participants’ Visual, Audio and Kinesthesis senses in absorbing the workshop materials.
