Is Indivo project still alive and developed / maintained  ? 
Reading this group and Indivo web site there are not any recent updates, people in this group are still using Indivo? If not, are there any alternatives ( for example http://health.gnu.org/ ) ?

While Indivo is no longer actively developed or maintained by us, it is still in use by a few groups. Our team has transitioned to work with the SMART on FHIR API: https://www.smarthealthit.org
