[indivohealth] error while running resetting the database [EXTERNAL]

I am trying ti install and run 2.0 version od Indivo but when i run utils/reset.py of indivo_server i am getting the following error.

Processing Machine App sample_ui... Error loading app: A recent version of Python 3 is required.. Skipping...

i am getting this for all the data load of a patient.
