We've just released Alpha 2 (v0.8.2) of Indivo X. This release is
focused on sharing data between users.
You can find the release notes and downloads of all components here:
http://wiki.chip.org/indivo/index.php/Releases
We've updated the wiki documentation, notably the API:
http://wiki.chip.org/indivo/index.php/Indivo_API
the installation instructions:
http://wiki.chip.org/indivo/index.php/HOWTO:_install_Indivo_X
and the HOWTO on writing an Indivo app:
http://wiki.chip.org/indivo/index.php/HOWTO:_write_an_Indivo_app_using_Python
Compared to what we demo'ed at the Users' Meeting, this code should be
more complete and more robust: we took an additional week to augment and
run a new battery of end-to-end tests, clean up some of the code, and we
quickly added Oracle support. It's not perfect, but as our test suite
improves, so will the core Indivo system.
Remember, this is an alpha. You should *not* be using this code in a
production setting.
We look forward to your questions, feedback, bug reports, and patches!
