We've just released a couple of important Indivo X items:
* a new introductory screencast that explains the
major components of Indivo X.
* new XML schemas that cleanly delineate medical payload
from Indivo metadata.
You can find pointers to everything from our blog post:

PUBLIC ALPHA #1
===============
We're gearing up for a public alpha 1 release of the Indivo X source
code by end of year. We're already using a pre-release of Indivo X
ourselves for rapid debugging and to ensure we're eating our own dog food.
Alpha 1 will focus on the API to get you started ASAP on building new
applications that extend and enhance the Indivo feature-set to do
*exactly* what you want for your users. The screencast should give you a
good idea of what's to come, and remember that the API is already
documented and being kept up-to-date at

CONTINUING DEVELOPMENT
======================
Future alpha versions will focus on integrating hospital data feeds, a
critical component of Indivo X, and a new approach for person-to-person
sharing based on our research at Children's Hospital Boston.
All of these alpha versions will be built to make your installation and
development experience as easy as possible. Importantly, they will
remain developer releases, not production releases, while we, in
collaboration with you, debug and tune the code.
If you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to send us
your thoughts at in...@indivohealth.org!
