Defining libertarianism

Do you agree that these are the 6 "markers" of libertarianism?

1. a commitment to private property. 
2. skepticism of authority
3. free markets
4. spontaneous order
5. individualism
6. negative liberty—“Libertarians are especially concerned with negative liberty (freedom from) rather than positive liberty (freedom to).”

I'm not sure about #6... I think that needs some elaboration and discussion. Most Libertarians I know want the freedom to do things which implies being free from authority... or do you mean "free from" in the sense that many lefties / decidedly non-Libertarian people mean it i.e. free from natural burdens like the need to work for a living or the need to pay for healthcare ? If so, I would think that most Libertarians do NOT expect to be free from those burdens, since Libertarians typically know needs do not get met by means of magic - the burden does not go away, it just moves to someone else.
