After several false starts I believe I have finally found the best online app for intelligent discussion of Individualist and Libertarian issues, namely Telegram.

Telegram has all the features of whatsapp, in a better package. Most importantly its channel facility allows broadcasts on a specific topic, with a focussed discussion facility dedicated to each topic. All posts are echoed in a linked group, providing a whatsapp like stream of multiple contributions.
