Are you saying you want to delete the emails?
When you say you are running out of space, which filesystem is this?
How many user's you have. By default Indimail creates home directories in /home filesystem. Is the /home filesystem full?

It would be useful if you can list the ouput of df -k and du of important directories. Also as a newbie, please get familiar with the man pages of Indimail.

Where are you seeing that emails files are getting increased? Which directory? Unless you are clear, it is very difficult to understand what you want.

Actually we are running email campaign using indimail. So don't need we sent emails files. Its occupied more file size...

If you are saying that you are using IndiMail only for sending emails, then indimail will not store any emails. The emails that are sent are not stored on the server. They are there in the queue only for a short duration of time. When email gets delivered, the message from the queue is removed. Even emails that don't get delivered, get deleted from the queue automatically after queuelifetime seconds. The only email that can created are the bounces. These bounces depend on what Return-Path you have chosen in your campaigns.
