Job Title : Business Analyst
Location : Detroit, Mi
Duration : 6+ Months
Job Description :
Business Analyst contract resource needed as a supplemental resource in the group enrollment area to support the business readiness activities for CareAdvance system implementation, testing use cases
in various test environments and other group enrollment-type activities, dual operations support, 4th quarter enrollment peak demands and some data analysis.
DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiar with use of testing environments, creating test cases, gathering business requirements
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel and familiar with using formulas and links.
Able to analyze data and identify issues and trends.
Previous experience working in a health insurance environment especially within a wellness and care management organization is preferred.
Wellness and Care Management Delivery Support Services Mission is to provide operational and statistical support to Wellness, Care Management, and Health Promotion and other internal customers and
to assist in the effective and timely delivery of integrated health care programs that will enhance customers' experience and improve business results.
