Twindeermother and relatives, I can answer/communicate fully after 3pm my time today. Thank you for all your love. Many things happening. For instance yesterday, I got my arm caught in a steel frame on a swing with about 300lbs pressure. Yesterday midday I could not stay awake even after much to stimulate me. Had to call Rainbow Rebeca. Day before I couldn't move because of intestinal pain and it returns each time I need to reach out. I've never have this. Ever. It's so random and intense (and affected my loved ones at the same time) that it is crippling. My son had a migraine (when I left yesterday) two minutes after I hurt my arm. Sounds like complaining but it's really excelerated hardship/illness that interferes with exchanges, comprehension and basic everyday ability. Been thinking about you since you called TDM. I have them operating all the time but now they've injured my arm so I can not easily do anything. I saw it happening but figured I needed to relax and "play for a moment" with RR. Of course I've been hit with "the sedative" and the random urgent appts with diversion continue, hence the quick messages when I get a break in the attacks. An A&E Billboard 'Whispers' a Spooky Message Audible Only in Your Head in Push to Promote Its New 'Paranormal' Program
NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- New Yorker Alison Wilson was walking down Prince Street in SoHo last week when she heard a woman's voice right in her ear asking, "Who's there? Who's there?" She looked around to find no one in her immediate surroundings. Then the voice said, "It's not your imagination." No, he's not crazy: Our intrepid reporter Andrew Hampp ventures to SoHo to hear for himself the technology that has New Yorkers 'freaked out' and A&E buzzing. Credit: Yoray Liberman Indeed it isn't. It's an ad for "Paranormal State," a ghost-themed series premiering on A&E this week. The billboard uses technology manufactured by Holosonic that transmits an "audio spotlight" from a rooftop speaker so that the sound is contained within your cranium. The technology, ideal for museums and libraries or environments that require a quiet atmosphere for isolated audio slideshows, has rarely been used on such a scale before. For random passersby and residents who have to walk unwittingly through the area where the voice will penetrate their inner peace, it's another story.
Ms. Wilson, a New York-based stylist, said she expected the voice inside her head to be some type of creative project but could see how others might perceive it differently, particularly on a late-night stroll home. "I might be a little freaked out, and I wouldn't necessarily think it's coming from that billboard," she said.
Less-intrusive approach? Joe Pompei, president and founder of Holosonics, said the creepy approach is key to drawing attention to A&E's show. But, he noted, the technology was designed to avoid adding to noise pollution. "If you really want to annoy a lot of people, a loudspeaker is the best way to do it," he said. "If you set up a loudspeaker on the top of a building, everybody's going to hear that noise. But if you're only directing that sound to a specific viewer, you're never going to hear a neighbor complaint from street vendors or pedestrians. The whole idea is to spare other people."
Holosonics has partnered with a cable network once before, when Court TV implemented the technology to promote its "Mystery Whisperer" in the mystery sections of select bookstores. Mr. Pompei said the company also has tested retail deployments in grocery stores with Procter & Gamble and Kraft for customized audio messaging. So a customer, for example, looking to buy laundry detergent could suddenly hear the sound of gurgling water and thus feel compelled to buy Tide as a result of the sonic experience.
Mr. Pompei contends that the technology will take time for consumers to get used to, much like the lights on digital signage and illuminated billboards did when they were first used. The website Gawker posted an item about the billboard last week with the headline "Schizophrenia is the new ad gimmick," and asked "How soon will it be until in addition to the do-not-call list, we'll have a 'do not beam commercial messages into my head' list?"
"There's going to be a certain population sensitive to it. But once people see what it does and hear for themselves, they'll see it's effective for getting attention," Mr. Pompei said.
More disruptions A&E's $3 million to $5 million campaign for "Paranormal" includes other more disruptive elements than just the one audio ad in New York. In Los Angeles, a mechanical face creeps out of a billboard as if it's coming toward the viewer, and then recedes. In print, the marketing team persuaded two print players to surrender a full editorial page to their ads, flipping the gossip section in AM New York upside down and turning a page in this week's Parade into a checkerboard of ads for "Paranormal." AM New York's gossip page got turned upside down as promo. It's not the network's first foray into supernatural marketing, having launched a successful viral campaign for "Mind Freak" star Criss Angel earlier this year that allowed users to trick their friends into thinking Mr. Angel was reading their mind via YouTube.
"We all know what you need to do for one of these shows is get people talking about them," said Guy Slattery, A&E's exec VP-marketing. "It shouldn't be pure informational advertising. When we were talking about marketing the show, nearly everyone had a connection with a paranormal experience, and that was a surprise to us. So we really tried to base the whole campaign on people's paranormal experiences."
So was it a ghost or just an annoyed resident who stole the speaker from the SoHo billboard twice in one day last week? Horizon Media, which helped place the billboard, had to find a new device that would prevent theft from its rooftop location. Mr. Pompei only takes it as a compliment that someone would go to the trouble of stealing his technology, but hopes consumer acceptance comes with time. "The sound isn't rattling your skull, it's not penetrating you, it's not doing anything nefarious at all. It's just like having a flashlight vs. a light bulb," he said.

MICROWAVE HEARING
The first American[7][8] to publish on the microwave hearing effect was Allan H. Frey in 1962,
[9] yet radar technicians had anecdotes of microwave perception in World War II[10]. Deaf
and normal subjects, even with earplugs, can hear appropriately pulsed microwaves at least
up to thousands of feet from the transmitter[11]. Transmitter parameters above those
producing the effect result in a severe buffeting of the head with dizziness and nausea, while
parameters below the effect induce a pins and needles sensation. Peak power is the major
determinant of loudness, though there is some dependence on pulse width. Pulse modulation
appears to influence pitch and timbre. The effect "is the most easily and reliably replicated of
low power density (microwave) illumination."[12]. Review of human and animal microwave
hearing confirmation by independent investigators of the effect establishes validity. [13] [14]
[15][16] [17] Designs for scaring birds away from aircraft or other hazards by microwave
hearing[18] and induction of vertigo[19] exist.[20][21].
While working for the Advanced Research Projects Agency at Walter Reed Army Institute of
Research, Sharp and Grove discovered "receiverless" and "wireless" voice transmission. [22]
Their method was simple: the negative deflections of voiceprints from recorded spoken
numbers were caused to trigger microwave pulses. Upon illumination by such verbally
modulated energy, the words were understood remotely. The discovery"s applications are
"obviously not limited to therapeutic medicine" according to James C. Lin in Microwave
Auditory Effects and Applications.[23]
A Defense Intelligence Agency review of Communist literature affirmed microwave sound and
indicated voice transmission. The report states, "Sounds and possibly even words which
appear to be originating intracranially (within the head) can be induced by signal modulation
at very low average power densities."[24] Among microwave weapon implications are "great
potential for development into a system for disorientating or disrupting the behavior patterns
of military or diplomatic personnel." An Army Mobility Equipment Research and Development
Command report affirms microwave speech transmission with applications of "camouflage,
decoy, and deception operations."[25] "One decoy and deception concept presently being
considered is to remotely create noise in the heads of personnel by exposing them to low
power, pulsed microwaves . . . By proper choice of pulse characteristics, intelligible speech
may be created" quotes the report.
The Brunkan Patent # 4877027 "Hearing system" is a device capable of verbal microwave
hearing.[26] The invention converts speech for remote introduction into the head by parabolic
antenna with indication of direct microwave influence on neural activity. The microwave
spectrum granted is broad: 100-10,000 MHz (0.1-10 GHz.) Pulse characteristics are essential
to perception. Bursts of narrowly grouped, evenly spaced pulses determine sound intensity by
their amount per unit time. Although a wide spectrum is patented, with ranges of pulse and
burst duration, preferred operation has burst duration at 2 microseconds, and pulse duration
at 100 nanoseconds. Operation is at 1000 MHz, which is the frequency of optimal tissue
penetration.[27] Another patent application based on microwave bursts is "designed in such a
way that the burst frequencies are at least virtually equal to the sound frequencies of the
sounds picked up by the microphone," though the transducer here is not remote.[28]
Stocklin Patent # 4858612 "Hearing device" 7 affirms the microwave hearing effect. Stocklin
gives exposition to the concept that a microwave component is part of neurophysiology and
electroencephalogram (EEG) potentials.[29] Microwaves are considered both emitted and
absorbed by nerve cell membrane proteins. Microwaves generally excite the brain[30]
perhaps by influencing calcium,[31] a central ion in nerve firing.[32] Stocklin represents the
auditory cortex as normally producing microwave energy, which the device simulates, thus
eliciting sound sensation. Each acoustic tone is weighted for several microwave frequencies
by a formula called the mode matrix, which is used to calculate best perception requirements.
Observation of EEG desynchronization, delta waves, and brain wave amplitudes helps
calibrate the device.[33] The lowest frequency for hearing is estimated by the cephalic index.
Microwave speech transmission in this patent is unremote with the antenna over and sized for
the auditory cortex. Other patents have non-remote transducers of radiowave elicited hearing.
[34][35]
Descriptions in the above patents attribute microwave hearing to direct neural influence.
However, the most accepted mechanism in review is by thermoelastic expansion,12 most
likely inducing bone conducted hearing. The cochlea does appear to be involved, but not the
middle ear.14 This divergence of mechanism illustrates the non-thermal/thermal controversy.
US exposure standards are based on thermal effects, yet there are effects very difficult to
explain by thermodynamics.13[36] All accept thermal effects at some level, yet the thermal
only school is rather dogmatic related to liability issues of commercial[37] and national
security concern.[38] It must be said that the open literature regarding microwave hearing
indicates a thermo-acoustic mechanism.
"Communicating Via the Microwave Auditory Effect." is the title of a small business contract
for the Department of Defense. Communication initial results are: "The feasibility of the
concept has been established" using both low and high power systems.[39] A Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) request as to the project"s outcome met with denial on the part of the
Air Force, on the grounds that disclosure "could reasonably be expected to cause damage to
national security."[40] Though the Air Force denied the FOIA disclosure, such a contract"s
purpose is elaborated by the Air Force"s "New World Vistas" report: "It would also appear
possible to create high fidelity speech in the human body, raising the possibility of covert
suggestion and psychological direction . . . . If a pulse stream is used, it should be possible to
create an internal acoustic field in the 5-15 kilohertz range, which is audible. Thus it may be
possible to "talk" to selected adversaries in a fashion that would be most disturbing to
them."[41] Robert Becker, whose eminence was enough to have been twice nominated for
the Nobel Prize in biological electromagnetic fields research, is more explicit: "Such a device
has obvious applications in covert operations designed to drive a target crazy with "voices" or
deliver undetectable instructions to a programmed assassin."[42]
The above Army efforts had results. A microwave voice transmission non-lethal weapon is
referenced in the thesaurus of the Center for Army Lessons Learned, which is a military
instruction website.18 The military thesaurus entry lists analogous devices using "silent
sound."[43][44]
ULTRASOUND TRANSMISSION OF VOICE
Internal voice capability, without discernment by others nearby. is also evident in ultrasoundbased
technology. Lowrey Patent # 6052336 "Apparatus and method of broadcasting audible
sound using ultrasonic sound as a carrier" clearly focuses on non-lethal weapon application
against crowds or directed at an individual.[45] Communication is understood as an inner
voice with loss of the directional quality of sound perception. "Since most cultures attribute
inner voices either as a sign of madness, or as messages from spirits or demons, both of
which . . . evoke powerful emotional reactions", quotes the Lowrey patent"s effect on people.
Replaying speech, with a delay impedes talking and causes stuttering. Normal brain wave
patterns can be changed (or entrained), which "may cause temporary incapacitation, intense
feelings of discomfort." This technique is detailed by Monroe Patent # 5356368 "Method of
and apparatus for inducing desired states of consciousness", with license to Interstate
Industries and involves an auditory replication of brainwave patterns to entrain the EEG as
desired.[46]
Norris Patent # 5889870 "Acoustic heterodyne device and method", directionally produces
sound on interference (or heterodyning) of two ultrasound beams.[47] The cancellation leaves
the carried audible sound perceivable. The effect becomes apparent particularly within
cavities such as the ear canal. An individual readily understands communication across a
noisy crowed room without nearby discernment. Sound can also be produced from mid-air or
as reflecting from any surface.
American Technology Corporation, which licensed this patent, has an acoustic non-lethal
weapons technology,[48] a cooperative agreement with the Army Research & Development
Command,[49] and is working with numerous other government agencies.[50] The
corporation"s Long Range Acoustic Devices (LRADTM) account for 60% of military sales, and
have integration into the Navy"s situational awareness & radar surveillance systems[51] with
deployment on naval vessels and fleet harbors.[52] A popular magazine writer describes the
device"s inner nature of sound perception.[53] From separate references, non-lethal weapons
treatments affirm sound localization and individual ultrasound effect limitation[54] with obvious
lack of nearby discernment;[55] the latter by a non-lethal weapons program director. A similar
ultrasound method of limiting sound to one person, Audio Spotlight is marketed, with
exhibition at Boston"s Museum of Science and the Smithsonian National Air & Space
Museum.[56] Both the American Technology device and Audio Spotlight are discussed in an
article with some history of ultrasound acoustics, which has origins in sonar.[57] Other
acoustic influence methods may utilize ultrasound.[58][59]

The maintenance of effects on people requires obstacle penetration and target tracking.
These internal voice capable energy forms penetrate obstruction and can be localized. Sound
transmission through enclosures is commonly experienced. An inaudible ultrasound high
intensity carrier wave is unnoticed. Solid defect inspection is one use of ultrasound, which is
being developed to discern movement through walls.[60] Common technology utilizes the
microwave hearing spectrum, which partly or completely encompasses cell phone,[61][62] TV,
and radar frequencies.[63] Commercial signals are not perceived, since the hearing effect
requires pulsation within the limits that elicit perception. A variety of antennae localize the
structurally penetrating microwave illumination with collimation or focusing.[64][65] A patent,
"compatible for mobile platforms with DEWs," (Directed Energy Weapons) includes a modified
Luneburg lens emitting parallel rays with over 50 years utilization.[66]

The ‘psycho-electronic’ type of mind control I’m discussing here is the covert, around the clock harassment of innocent citizens living in their homes and communities, and is currently world wide in scope. One especially invasive attack method in the arena of ‘psycho-electronic’ mind control is ‘voice to skull’. Voice to skull is the transmission of voice, or any other audible or subliminal sound, directly into the hearing sense of the mind control victim. This is sometimes done around the clock and can be one of the severest forms of torture. Voice to skull technology is sometimes referred to as “synthetic telepathy.” Current-day voice to skull cannot be stopped by any known electromagnetic shielding, a fact which demonstrates how advanced classified mind control technology has become.
The listener needs to know that at least one method of voice to skull transmission, using microwave pulses much like radar, is not particularly new. During World War II, technicians working in the path of energized radar antennas discovered they could hear a buzz, seeming to originate inside their skulls. This buzz was being caused by the train of very short pulses of microwave signal, each pulse causing a single click.
In the early 1970s, Dr. Joseph Sharp of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research used a computer to control a radar transmitter such that for each time a human voice waveform changed from a peak to a valley, the radar transmitter sent out a single pulse, causing a single click to be heard by the test subject. Because these clicks were timed according to the human voice waveform, the test subject heard a voice, rather than a string of clicks. This has not been pursued, at least publicly, due to concerns about the effect of microwave signals aimed at a person’s skull, but it does work.
In actual fact, a suitably modified amateur radio transmitter operating in either the 420 to 450 megahertz band or the 1.3 gigahertz band, with a highly directional antenna, is capable of transmitting voice to skull signals at less cost than the price of an automobile.
In addition to simply driving a target crazy, voice to skull can cause far more severe damage to a targeted person if instead of audible voice, one of several types of SUBLIMINAL voice is transmitted instead. When the subliminal voice is that of a hypnotist, and is aimed at a targeted person’s bed, voice to skull can be used over time to undetectably program the person. Because the power level required is fairly modest, being something like the output of the common heat lamp, the person being programmed could have no idea this was happening.
A person who is highly susceptible to hypnosis, and about one in five are, could be put through living Hell simply by way of subliminal voice to skull.
It is common for psycho-electronic mind control victims to report a very frequent or constant “ringing in the ears”, which is also a symptom of the “Lowery” method of subliminal voice conversion. SUSCEPTIBLE TO HYPNOSIS - “…In actual fact, a suitably modified amateur radio transmitter operating in either the 420 to 450 megahertz band or the 1.3 gigahertz band, with a highly directional antenna, is capable of transmitting voice to skull signals at less cost than the price of an automobile. In addition to simply driving a target crazy, voice to skull can cause far more severe damage to a targeted person if instead of audible voice, one of several types of SUBLIMINAL voice is transmitted instead. But, he noted, the technology was designed to avoid adding to noise pollution. “If you really want to annoy a lot of people, a loudspeaker is the best way to do it,” he said. “If you set up a loudspeaker on the top of a building, everybody’s going to hear that noise. But if you’re only directing that sound to a specific viewer, you’re never going to hear a neighbor complaint from street vendors or pedestrians. The whole idea is to spare other people.” Holosonics has partnered with a cable network once before, when Court TV implemented the technology to promote its “Mystery Whisperer” in the mystery sections of select bookstores. Mr. Pompei said the company also has tested retail deployments in grocery stores with Procter & Gamble and Kraft for customized audio messaging. FROM YOUR MEMORY BANK - “…How is it possible to produce a voice without a resonating sound box and expect it to be received and understood without a physical audio receiver (and a memory bank) as the source of intelligence for understanding? Even more important, I reasoned; if the cortex in which our memories are stored are lost at the time of the loss of our bodies at death, how can we establish communication after we have slipped out of our mortal coil, and transmit messages to those we have left behind us in this vale of tears with no memory from which to draw upon?
