Compatibility with postgreSQL 11

Hello,

I am new user who want to make a SQL database that has chemical storage and search tools. I am planning to learn and install postgreSQL 11 to setup my own system installed and wonder if the latest bingo would work on the particular postgreSQL version? If not, then I might have to consider using the postgreSQL 10 instead.
