Error while building SQL Server project

Hi ,

when compiling the bingo code    https://github.com/epam/Indigo/tree/master/bingo/sqlserver for SQL server ,we are getting the below error,

Error     2          Resource 'Win/x86/bingo-core-c.dll' could not be loaded because the file to which it is linked could not be found.

Could you please help on this ?
