Hello,
I'm using the .Net version of Indigo 1.2.3 and tried to render my structures. The renderToHDC function then throws an error like this: "core: can not access object #1002; red-black tree at(): key not found". I'm not able to render any of my structures in this way. What could be the reason?

Many thanks
Steffen

Hello,

the reason might be the different Indigo instance. Are you using multi-threads in your application?

Thanks
Alexander

Hello Alexander,

no, I'm not using multi-threads. The Indigo instance from which I'm loading the structures and creating the renderer is the same.

Best regards
Steffen

Hello Alexander,

sorry, I need to revise my answer. After inspecting my .Net project in detail, I found that the IndigoMolecule and Renderer are generated from different Indigo instances.

Thanks,
Steffen
