BINGO v1.9 doesn't support Postgres v9.5

As per BINGO v1.9 installation document it mentions that it supports Postgres v9.5 . When we generated the binary from the source code and we tried to install BINGO v1.9 on Postgres it gave the error - incompatible library and version mismatch. We found that the binary generated could only support Postgres v9.2. This is a bug in version BINGO v1.9

In order to build postgresql compatible binary one should use appropriate version. Please try use the following compiled archive for Bingo 1.9 and Pg 9.5 for Linux x64 (please let me know if you need other OS)
