Hello,

the CTFormats spec does not specifiy wether the atrom symbol should start right- or leftbound in the three-character atom symbol column.

Indigo seems to copy the ISIS/Draw behaviour and accepts only leftbound atom symbols, but as the spec is unclear, some programs like ChemDoodle write molfiles with righbound atom symbols.

Please see the attached examples.

It would be good, if Indigo could read both varieties, like e.g. OpenBabel does.

version of Indigo will be available soon.
