This monthly virtual learning platform is part of REP’s IPREP program, which aims to strengthen interlearning among Indigenous Peoples through virtual exchanges, trainings, and knowledge sharing on renewable energy systems led and managed by Indigenous communities. The series seeks to amplify Indigenous-led solutions and foster a global network of practitioners advancing just, equitable, and self-determined energy transitions.

For this month we will be featuring the work of Tonibung (TObpinai NIngkokoton koBUruon kampuNG - Friends of Village Development), an Indigenous Peoples led, non-profit group based in Malaysia that develops sustainable alternatives for rural electrification while advocating for Indigenous Peoples rights and supporting local entrepreneurship and innovation around Southeast Asia.
