The World Health Organization (WHO) has now launched a call for inputs to the draft Global Plan of Action for the Health of Indigenous Peoples.
As you may be aware, in May 2023, the 76th World Health Assembly adopted Resolution 76.16 on the Health of Indigenous Peoples, which requests the WHO Director-General to develop a Global Plan of Action for the Health of Indigenous Peoples in consultation with Member States, Indigenous Peoples, relevant UN and multilateral system agencies, as well as civil society, academia and other stakeholders. As such, the WHO are now seeking written inputs to support the plans development.

Note: The draft document is currently only available in English; however, we are hopeful to have this available in Spanish, French and Russian soon. Submission forms for input are currently available in English, Spanish and French.
