“NO GREATER ACT: Pueblo Resistance” - narrated by Academy Award winner Wes Studi.
Silver Bullet Productions invites you to explore the birth of Resistance, a response to conflict that America still holds dear. Join SBP on this film journey through Pueblo Resilience, spanning the 16th and 17th centuries in New Mexico.
Silver Bullet Productions has produced a multidimensional story about the conflict and survival of the Pueblo people from the 1540s to 1696, a narrative relevant to modern sovereignty, told through the voices of Pueblo historians, scientists, and Tribal leaders. It is not a Pueblo history but a fact-driven, sensitive focus on events motivated by the resistance of sovereign Pueblo nations—the story of courage and perseverance in the face of nation-building and colonization by European governments.
Resilience did not begin with the Pueblo Revolt of 1680; nor does this story. Rather, it is the culmination of efforts to resist Spanish colonization and retain the inherent sovereignty over land, culture, and religion. Pueblo Resilience remains a mystery outside the American Southwest. Lesser known are the violent conflicts in New Mexico that culminated in the unification of the Pueblo people. Any of these conflicts could have easily ended the Pueblo culture; instead, complex and creative forms of resistance halted Spain's power in the New World, serving as universal lessons in resistance today.
The first public screening of this documentary will be the cornerstone in the celebration of Silver Bullet Productions’ 20th anniversary of educational filmmaking in New Mexico, at The Lensic in Santa Fe, on October 30, 2025. Scan for tickets below or see link: Tickets at The Lensic.

Hope to see you there!!!
