We are now working on our proposal for Callaghan Innovation to advance our research and development programme and building capability to export the Mana AI framework for use by other Indigenous Peoples, governments, and industries worldwide. This R&D phase focuses on:
Improving explainability and traceability in AI decision support
Strengthening cross-cultural data governance and sovereignty
Creating scalable, ethical AI tools grounded in mātauranga Māori
If your organisation would like to participate in the next phase of testing or regional collaboration, I’d love to connect and share our upcoming R&D framework.
