General TTS installation script

Hello smtlab,

As I'm doing something on digital assistant, I wanted deploy the TTS system in one single execution, I found sir. tshrinivasan's script very interesting

and I have modified it and it would mimic the process mentioned in --> https://www.iitm.ac.in/donlab/tts/downloads/synthesisDocs/7.HTS2.3_synthesis_using_voice_model.pdf

Once, I had visited your lab, madam Anju thomas added a Line in Trainning.pl so the script even does that also.

and configuration will be a success but when I execute the  hts_synthesis.sh it throws me an error saying "iitm_unified_don.wav" not found

please try this at your end, and inform me the errors in the script.

I think it should work to other languages by changing the htsvoice url.

once its installed, please go to build/packages/HTS-demo-arctic and excute hts_synthesis.sh from there, because code is not yet fully modified.
