First of all, thanks for the initiative. Can we download the data for research purposes? Is it possible to gain access to data under any of the open data licenses? like CC-SA.

As mentioned in the website, "the requests would be processed only twice a week - Tuesday (IST 15:00) and Friday (IST 15:00). Requests sent after IST 15:00 on these days will be processed in the next batch only." So, the link would be available to you only after 3pm today.
