But the material must be licensed under permissive-distributable-loyaltyFree like public domain, CC-By-SA, MIT, GPL etc.

but kya aapko pata hai etni sati book ka license kya hai ? agar mei enko DVD pe ander burn karke distribute karu to kya usse kisi ko problem hogi ?
Mene ek do book download karke dekhi hai,, but usme Copyright notice tha hi nahi,,,

copyright ke vishay me kuch nahin kah sakta hun.
kekin mujhe lagta hai ki is mudde par shikshavid arvind ji se
sakaratmak pratyuttar ki asha ki ja sakti hai. . . . . . basharte us
saamgree ka vyavsaayik prayog na ho?
broadband connection theek hote hi mai aapko aur links bhejta hun.
