Hey Guys,

Few months back I wrote an open letter to KamalHassan and did a basic sentiment analysis of the tweets under #KamalPartyLaunch. As you can see the output wasn't really useful as most tweets were in tamil and was looking for a way to do sentiment analysis inclusind indian languages never really found anything till today. Saw a linkeind post about indicnlp and here I am.

Let me know if anyone wants to collaborate on a social media sentiment analysis platform, with the elections coming up it will be interesting to do so.

You can try to use the pre-trained Tamil language model that we have developed and see if that gives you an increase in accuracy.
