Using Localization data

I was wondering if the localization PO files can be put to use in IndicNLP

The KDE's one is available in an SVN repo : https://t.co/AUIRxFML0p

There's also GNOME, Debian's, Ubuntu's localization data available.

I'm a maintainer of KDE Malayalam localization.
