you can get the registration from from any of your local book seller or you can directly get it from DOEACC Office on below address :

DOEACC Society

Electronics Niketan, 6 CGO Complex, Lodhi Road New Delhi. 

once you get your registration No. This will be valid for 5 years and you can opt to appear in the A Level Exams.
