Hi Toshika,
you Can pursue O Level in two ways...
1. by enrolling on the DOEACC authorized institute.
2. as Direct candidate.
if you enroll in a DOEACC authorized institute then you need not give any experience letter. but if you are going to be a direct candidate then you have to present 1 year work experience certificate from a valid organisation to DOEACC society then only you can appear in the exams.
you now you have to decide whether you have one year work experience or not .
