you have renew your registration as this is expired...and re-apply for the Viva Voice..

i hope your old submitted project will be considered..and you will be called for the viva voice interview.

First of all, you will have to apply for renewing your registration.   Further, project is never waived off.  I had completed A Level as i direct candidate.  The project work is mandatory.  So you will have to send project to them for evaluation. Then they will call you for viva. Once completd, you can apply for A Level certificate. 
 
I presume you have passed both the practicals because same has no beenexplicitly mentioned in your mail.
