Its a really an awesome start up and excited to see the interest and
commitment from you.
Here are the tips for next run.
-> Be sure have a nice running shoe + running socks (absolutely no
cotton socks please).
-> Running shorts (light weight - u will enjoy it after crossing 4-5
miles)
-> Inner tights(protects from friction in thighs).
-> Apply vaseline for feet -toes (keeps out of friction )
-> Bank aids for nipple (if you run more than 6 miles - reduces
friction ).
-> Gatorade ( after 5-6 miles of running, water is not enough)
-> Powel gel (after running 10 miles)
-> Cliff bar (post running energy bar)
Let me know, who are interested in registering for 1/2 marathon.
Registering will be like a commitment for achieving our GOAL. You can
eaily DO IT with our regular traning sessions.
