India TEAM - Volley Ball Tournament - Volunteers

IndiaTEAM (www.IndiaTEAM.org) - a charity organization not only focus on the society back in India, but also wants to entertain our community in Columbus. We already organized a Family potluck / Fun gathering earlier and most of us enjoyed it.
As a next step, we are planning to conduct a volley ball tournament during the Indian independence day weekend (14 & 15 Aug 2010).
IndiaTEAM already conducted a VB tournament in Bay Area, CA with 46 teams. Here is the link http://www.indiateam.org/spikers.

We are in the initial phase of organizing and we need VOLUNTEERS for the event. Interested volunteers can be part of VB organizing committee, but they can't play in the tournament.

IndiaTEAM volley ball tournamet has been tentatively scheduled on Aug 21st.

Along with VB tournament, we are planning to have KIDS JOINT( day out) to get our kids entertained with variety of games.

We are looking for volunteers to help us to get the VB tournament and KIDS JOINT program succesfull as our first family potluck event ( Thank you very much for all of your help on our first event).

We need volunteers for the following activities

    Volleyball line umpires

    Coordination during the event day

     IndiaTEAM booth on the event day

     Food Committee

     KIDS JOINT committee ( Planning , coordination and execution of

Kids games)
