Friends,

Photographed this shrub on 17-12-09 form Jaisalmer area of Rajastan. Local staff and Dr. G. Singh an expert from AFRI, told me its name as Lapdinia pyrotechnica.

I try to find information from net, but could not get anything.

I suppose id is correct.

Experts pl confirm or id otherwise.

If you believe in locals then there is two types of Khimp. One mentioned by Dr.Anil Kumar and another our literautres lack.
