It sent me on deeper investigation I did not find any observation from plains at Campanula pallida, although it appears quite close.

I found only Campanula benthamii Wall. ex Kitam. in Flora of Madhya Pradesh: Chhatarpur and Damoh By G. P. Roy, which is a synonym of Campanula dimorphantha
Flora of Pakistan gives both species with keys. What sets it apart is 'flowers in clustered branched racemes' in Campanula dimorphantha
Flora of Pakistan gives habitat of Campanula benthamii Wall. ex Kitamura as a plant of the plains and foothills and of Campanula pallida as mountainous regions & foothills.
Checklist of Nepal gives habitat of Campanula benthamii Wall. ex Kitamura as 300-1100 m and of Campanula pallida as 1000-4500 m.
