Hygrophila auriculata seems to me to correspond perfectly!
I attach another photo taken at Chhattisgarh which is I think of the same species.

For me it looks like Hygrophila schulli.

For "Plant List" Hygrophila schulli is a synonim of Hygrophila auriculata.
